Our chefs create comforting and delicious dishes, reflecting our Scottish heritage and roots, all overlooking the natural beauty that surrounds us.
Our Restaurant
Our chefs showcase seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients from nearby farms and fishmongers, preparing Scottish heritage dishes with views of the surrounding landscape. We also offer light dishes and snacks to enjoy whilst relaxing in the cosy bar. Open to residents and non-residents; availability limited during peak season (May–September).
Our Bar
Featuring over 30 malt whiskies with various origins and tastes, our knowledgeable staff will guide you through suggestions and tastings. Enjoy local beverages including Cairngorm lager from Aviemore and our house-brewed 'Laggan Pilsner' from Belhaven Brewery.
The Conservatory
A tranquil space with mountain views and Scottish countryside vistas. From this peaceful setting you may spot hares, rabbits, red squirrels, and a variety of Highland birds while enjoying your meal.
